- Specific requested changes
- Updated text/content
- Deadline, if applicable
- Any files or links needed
Failure to adhere to UCM’s guidelines & policies will result in the responsible user’s access to the website being revoked for up to 90 days and the user must attend a revoked access meeting with Adam Sapp and Amy Huggins before their access will be restored.
